Currently pursuing a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Business Administration and Economics, my work investigates the ethics of consumer-AI interaction. Parallel to this, I hold a degree in Machine Learning and Data Engineering, allowing me to build any system that is needed for marketing and sales.

I bring the operational discipline of managing large-scale industrial projects for Enersense* to the fast-moving world of GTM engineering. My goal is to bridge the gap between high-level stakeholder needs and technical execution, replacing manual bottlenecks with autonomous, AI-driven funnels that scale without losing strategic intent.

AI MAKING COLD CALLS
AND QUalify the prospects
I started by scraping targeted data to build a high-intent list of phone numbers.Then AI made the cold calls, introduced the services, and managed the conversation in real-time. If a prospect expressed interest, the system automatically qualified the lead, generated a full transcription of the call, and delivered the data directly to me.

- Command & Control: Telegram-to-Webhook interface for instant lead triggering and real-time status reporting.
- The Orchestrator: OpenClaw logic engine, managing the bridge between lead data and voice execution.
- Voice Intelligence: Vapi.ai integrated with Claude for dynamic, low-latency conversation handling.
- Acoustic Profile: ElevenLabs for high-fidelity, human-like voice synthesis that builds trust with prospects.
- Infrastructure: Twilio for global telecommunications and Cloudflare Webhooks for secure, instant data transfer post-call.
- Data Capture: Automated transcription and recording pipeline that pushes call analytics and sentiment analysis back to the control center.
Using Vapi + Twillio + Cloudflare + Claude + OpenClaw + ElevenLabs, I deployed a voice assistant capable of natural, human-like dialogue. The agent was programmed to handle objections, explain value propositions, and extract qualification data in real-time

Where to open a branch?
My client wanted to open an office in Australia but had zero data to support the decision. There was no internal research, no competitor map, and no demographic breakdown. They were essentially flying blind into an expansion.
The challenge
Since no dataset existed, I went to the source. I engineered scrapers to pull demographic data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and legal/competitor data from the MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority).
Data Hunting
I took data from completely different worlds (government population tables and unstructured web directories) and built a unified relational database.
Structuring the Chaos
I took total ownership of the discovery phase. I acted as a one-person data engineering team to scrape, clean, and visualize the Australian market from scratch.
The Solution
I developed an interactive HTML-based exploration tool. Instead of a static report, I gave the client a "clickable map" of Australia where they could instantly see the intersection of customer demand vs. competitor density.
